Signs are emerging that developers are actively considering land investments in Palm Jebel Ali, waiting the release of the masterplan before finalizing their investment strategies. Although there have been submissions of 'expressions of interest,' yet there is no official announcement regarding land sales till now. Given the remarkable growth in property values in Palm Jumeirah, there is significant expectation of potential growth and profitability around this project.
